Every engagement follows the same four steps, whatever the service.

We record the current state with public tools and, if you allow it, read-only access.
Outcome: a quantified starting point.

Prioritise
Each issue is ranked by expected gain and required effort.
Outcome: an ordered action plan.

Fix
In small batches, with a controlled release and a way to roll back. The changes can be made by us or by your team.
Outcome: fixes in production, one batch at a time.

Check
We re-measure after release and track the indicators over time.
Outcome: proof of the gain, or the next fix.
